I have been teaching myself and having a blast! Try it sometime. Take LOTS of practice and patience and it’s very gratifying.
Oh Wow, sounds like you’re a busy and talented lady!!
I strive to be as ‘unbusy’ as I can be while relishing simple life to the fullest. I love this quote I read recently: “I am never in a hurry, because I never undertake more work than I can go through with calmness of spirit.” John Wesley
Oh that is a good quote! As I get older there’s a natural slowing down–and if I don’t fight it, it’s really nice 🙂 If we simply submit our day to the Lord, He’ll see that we get everything done that He intended–so that’s grace-walking for sure!
grace-walking. I like that. sounds like a blog waiting to happen 😉
I found you on the map. You’re close to Hillsboro. I like the way you describe yourself. Blessings to your service to the foster kids!
Actually the foster care ministry is to older adults. They live in my home with me.
Oh, do you hire people to work with those adults?
I do. I have 4 amazing employees.
I respect what you are doing. It’s a noble service!
